Stop building pipeline by hand.
Ship your AI Sales Engine in 14 days.
Cold outbound, AI qualification, and automated demo booking — built, deployed, and live in your stack within 14 days. Backed by a booked-demos guarantee. Same playbook that turned a healthcare client's stalled 3-month pipeline into 4 booked demos and 2 closed deals in 11 days.
Why outbound stops working at the worst possible time
Every B2B team eventually hits these three walls. AI Sales Engine is built to pull you back over.
"Our pipeline is built by humans copy-pasting."
Reps spend 60% of their week researching, writing, and qualifying. That's not selling — that's data entry with extra steps. And it doesn't scale.
"AI demos look impressive but never get deployed."
You've watched a dozen Looms. Your team doesn't need another tool — they need the engine running in their stack, hitting their CRM, handing off cleanly to humans.
"Cold outbound has a 0.5% reply rate."
Generic AI personalization makes it worse — buyers can smell ChatGPT from a mile away. The reply rate problem is solved by signal-based prospecting, not louder volume.
4 booked demos. 2 closed deals. 11 days.
A healthcare-automation client (RCM/claims) came in with 14 days of runway and a stalled 3-month pipeline. Here's what we shipped, day by day.
Before
- • 3-month sales cycle, stalled
- • 11-page site, no clear offer
- • Generic cold outbound, <1% reply rate
- • No AI in delivery, no signal-based prospecting
After (Day 11)
- • 4 booked demos, 2 closed deals
- • 3-page funnel, one productized offer
- • 200 personalized cold emails, signal-aware
- • AI qualification + reply-handling live
What we did
→ Day 1–3: Cut the site from 11 pages to 3. Built one productized offer: "AI-powered claims automation audit, $0, 72-hour turnaround."
→ Day 4–7: Wrote 200 personalized cold emails to RCM directors using signal-based research (recent denial-rate filings, payer-mix shifts). Built AI qualification agent.
→ Day 8–10: Ran a $300 LinkedIn ad to a 90-second Loom of the offer. Launched cold-email sequence with AI reply-handling. Demos started booking.
→ Day 11: 4 demo calls held. 2 closed deals signed. Pipeline runway extended.
"When the client is dying, stop being a generalist. Productize one outcome. Charge for the result, not the hours. Move at the speed of urgency."
14 days, four phases, one running engine
No 90-day discovery. No 6-week deck phase. The Sprint is structured to ship a live system that books real demos before the engagement is over.
Discovery + Roadmap
ICP audit. Message-market fit review. Tech-stack assessment (CRM, email infra, enrichment, calendar). Delivered Day 3: a one-page playbook + sequence plan you'd pay $5k for standalone.
Build
Sequence design (3–5 touches per ICP segment, signal-aware). AI qualification agent built in your stack. Demo-booking flow with calendar integration. Reply-handling logic that doesn't sound like ChatGPT.
Launch
Deploy the sequence. Send the first 200 personalized emails. AI handles replies and qualification. Demos start booking. You watch real pipeline land in your calendar.
Optimize + Handoff
Review what worked. Iterate copy and signal triggers. Train your team on the system. You own the engine. Optional: I run it for you (Run + Optimize tier).
What's in the engine
Every Sprint ships these components — configured for your ICP, tuned to your CRM, and integrated with the tools you already pay for.
- Cold outbound sequence designed around real buyer signals — not generic spray-and-pray
- AI qualification agent that scores replies and routes them (no more reps reading 100 emails)
- Automated demo booking with calendar integration (Cal, Calendly, Chili Piper)
- CRM hookup (HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio, Pipedrive — whichever you run)
- Reply-handling logic that sounds like a human (not "Hope this email finds you well")
- Email infrastructure setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warm-up sequences if needed)
- Live dashboard: sent / opened / replied / booked / closed — visible to your whole team
- Playbook handoff: written runbook so your team can iterate after I leave
- Optional: I run the engine for you monthly (Run + Optimize tier)
The Stack
I work in your stack. If you don't have one, I'll recommend the right one for your ICP.
- Anthropic Claude API (qualification + reply drafting)
- OpenAI API (embeddings + scoring)
- Smartlead / Instantly / Lemlist (outbound infra)
- Apollo / Clay / Ocean (signal-based enrichment)
- HubSpot / Salesforce / Attio / Pipedrive (CRM)
- Cal.com / Calendly / Chili Piper (booking)
- Next.js + Vercel + Supabase (dashboards, custom logic)
- CoFounder OSS (PII redaction, prompt-injection blocking, budget caps)

The booked-demos guarantee
If we don't book at least 4 qualified demos in 14 days, I refund 50% of the engagement and I keep working with you — unpaid — until we hit 4.
One condition: you follow my discovery-call recommendations on ICP + sequence direction. I don't take on engagements where I think we can't hit the bar — so the guarantee is real, not a marketing gimmick.

Questions
We don't have a sales team. Will this still work?+
Yes — and arguably better. The AI Sales Engine handles outbound, qualification, and demo booking on its own. You only get pinged when a qualified prospect is ready to talk. Many of my clients are 1–5 person teams where the founder takes the demo call.
How is this different from Apollo / Outreach / Lemlist?+
Those are tools. This is an outcome. I'm not selling you software — I'm building the configured, tuned, signal-aware engine that runs on top of those tools, with AI qualification and reply-handling layered in. You get a live system, not a license.
What tech stack do you need access to?+
Email infrastructure (or I'll help you set one up), your CRM if you have one (HubSpot/Salesforce/Attio/Pipedrive), and a booking tool (Cal.com/Calendly). Bring your enrichment account if you have one (Apollo/Clay) — if not, I'll recommend the right one for your ICP.
What if my company isn't B2B?+
Then this isn't the right service. AI Sales Engine is built for B2B companies with a sales motion (outbound, demo, close). If you're B2C or PLG, I have other engagements that fit better — let's talk on the discovery call.
How does the booked-demos guarantee work?+
Plain English: if we don't book at least 4 qualified demos in 14 days, I refund 50% of the engagement AND I keep working with you (unpaid) until we get to 4. The only condition: you accept my discovery-call recommendations on ICP + sequence direction. I don't take on engagements where I think we can't hit the bar.
What's 'founding rate' and is it real scarcity?+
Real. The first 5 clients per service line lock the founding rate for the life of the engagement. After 5 spots fill, standard pricing applies. I cap it because I take every engagement personally — no offshore team, no junior delivery. 5 spots remaining as of today.
Can you do this remotely, or do you need to be onsite?+
100% remote. Engagements are async-first with 2–3 live calls per week during the Sprint. Most of my clients are distributed teams across US/EU/AU. I'm based in South Florida (US ET).
Who is Ashley Kays and why should I trust her with this?+
Senior PMM + growth leader, 20+ years across Walt Disney World, NCR ($100M+ engagement), Wyndham, Wells Fargo, Sephora, NBC. Founder of Waymaker AI. Maintainer of CoFounder (open-source AI guardrails SDK on NPM, 9 LLM providers). Most recent receipt: 14-day rebuild for a healthcare-automation client compressed a stalled 3-month sales cycle to 11 days — 4 demos booked, 2 closed.
