By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You agree to:

Waymaker provides tools and resources, but does not provide legal, financial, or business advice. You are solely responsible for your business decisions and should consult appropriate professionals as needed.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WAYMAKER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Waymaker, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

Third-party services we use include payment processors (Stripe), AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google), and hosting services (Vercel, Supabase).

11. Dispute Resolution

11.2 Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.

Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for intellectual property disputes or violations of these Terms.
