We build practical AI-powered tools and learning experiences that help people gain skills, find direction, and move toward stable work and long-term opportunity — especially during seasons of change.

Alongside our product work, we operate a nonprofit arm focused on education, reemployment/reskilling, and poverty alleviation, grounded in a Christian ethos of compassion, dignity, and service. We believe people don't need hype — they need a path. Our goal is to make that path simpler, more supportive, and more accessible.

We support direct relief and long-term stability through giving, partnerships, and by helping people increase their earning power.
Waymaker is inspired by the Christian belief that every person has God-given worth and the capacity to grow, rebuild, and contribute. We aim to serve with humility, integrity, and compassion — welcoming people from all backgrounds and respecting all faiths.
We honor Judaism and stand against antisemitism. We respect all faiths and believe love, dignity, and religious freedom matter for everyone.

Giving & Impact
10% Giving Commitment
Waymaker donates 10% of net profits to support poverty alleviation and opportunity through Convoy of Hope and the Waymaker Fund.
Community Support
We also support Christ Fellowship (South Florida) and We Believe Ministries through additional giving as part of our commitment to serve communities with practical help, dignity, and hope.
Note: The Waymaker Fund has applied for nonprofit status (application pending).

Ashley Kays
Founder & CEO
I've worked in technology and design for more than 20 years. Sometimes things go really well, and sometimes they don't. Every entrepreneur, startup leader, and creative knows that journey — the wins, the losses, the seasons of waiting.
Through it all, I've learned we can plan, build, and strive — and sometimes the path still disappears beneath our feet. In those moments, I've seen again and again that God can make a way where it seems like there is no way.
That truth inspired Waymaker: a tool built not just for progress, but for perseverance — to help people stay the course, rediscover their purpose, and trust that light can break through the dark.
