THROUGH THE DIPS

You can change the next chapter.

For the quiet launch, the interrupted week, and the idea you still care about. Find perspective and a small place to begin again.

A SMALL RETURN

Three questions for coming back to it.

01
What happened?
Write down the action and the response you observed. Keep it separate from what you hoped would happen.
02
What did you learn?
Name one assumption that became stronger or weaker. Note what you still do not know.
03
What comes next?
Choose a small action and a time to revisit it. Give your future self a clear place to pick up.
LOOK AT WHAT CHANGED

A hard week is information, too.

Sometimes you need a smaller task. Sometimes the offer needs work. Sometimes your responsibilities have changed and the original plan no longer fits. Before telling yourself to try harder, identify which kind of problem is in front of you. The next move should respond to that problem, not to the pressure to keep looking productive.

Find my path

FOUR DIFFERENT KINDS OF STUCK

Name the problem before you push harder.

Uncertainty
You do not know what to do next. Identify the question blocking the decision, then find the smallest action that could answer it.
An oversized task
You know the direction, but the task has too many moving parts. Reduce it to one observable outcome you can complete in the time available.
Missing evidence
You are working, but cannot tell whether it matters. Reconnect the work with a customer response, a test, or a measurable change.
A change in capacity
The plan no longer fits your week. Revise the commitment, pause deliberately, or change the project. Preserve what you learned so it is not lost.

QUESTIONS

A few questions first.

How do I know whether to persist or stop?

Review demand, feasibility, and fit with your current circumstances. If a key uncertainty remains, set a bounded experiment. If the evidence or constraints already rule out the path, stopping can be a reasonable decision.

What if I have been away for months?

Start with a short inventory: what exists, what you learned, what changed, and what remains relevant. Choose one action from your current position rather than trying to recover an old pace.

Is this a mental health program?

This collection is practical support for projects and business building. It does not provide mental health diagnosis or treatment.

Can I ask for human feedback?

Guided and the Accelerator offer different kinds of human support. Review the current options and choose the level of involvement that fits your needs.
