The story
I started building because no one would build it for me.
I spent years inside enterprise companies — Disney, NCR, Flatiron — watching how the best organizations built systems that scaled. Revenue operations, sales enablement, integrations, go-to-market. I was always the person who saw how the pieces connected and built the infrastructure to make them move together.
When AI tools started becoming real, I saw the same pattern: enormous potential, completely untapped, because most teams didn't know how to wire it into their actual work. Not for lack of interest — for lack of a practical, opinionated system.
So I built one. Waymaker started as my own operating system for turning ideas into shipped products. The AI Cofounder (Cameron), the Builder DNA assessment, the Gameplan, the daily work queue — all of it came from solving my own problems and watching other founders hit the same walls.
The agency work and the Accelerator came next, because the framework works — and I wanted to build it with people, not just for them.
