Who owns my client data?
You do. Your clients’ conversations, generated assets, and account data live under your white-label workspace. We process it to deliver the service, but we don’t share it, sell it, or use it to train models. Full data export available any time. If you cancel, you have 60 days to export everything before deletion.
How deep is the white-label?
Custom domain (app.youragency.com), your logo, your colors, your favicon, your support email. Clients never see "Waymaker" anywhere unless you choose to attribute. Even our error pages and emails carry your brand. The Cofounder AI is named whatever you want — e.g., "Sage" or "[YourAgency] AI."
Who supports the clients — me or you?
You’re the front door. Your clients reach out to you. Behind the scenes, we support YOU — you have direct Slack access (founding tier) or email/chat (standard) for any technical issues. We’ll never contact your clients directly.
How does billing work? Do my clients pay me or you?
You pay one flat monthly fee for the platform ($299 founding / $599 standard). Your clients pay YOU — whatever you charge them ($1.5k–$5k/mo is typical). The margin is yours. We don’t touch your client billing or relationships.
What if I cancel?
Cancel anytime, no questions, no exit fee. 30-day money back on your first month if it’s not a fit. After cancellation: 60 days to export all client data, then it’s deleted. We’ll help you transition clients to a self-serve plan if you want continuity.
