92 plays. 10 stages. The next move is always one click away.
Compass → Exit. Each stage has plays tuned to your Builder DNA. Test gates keep you from skipping validation. Every play writes to your Brain so the next one reads from it.

How plays work
Not a course. Not a checklist. A live workspace that knows what you've done and what comes next.
Tuned to your Builder DNA
Every play is filtered by your DNA result. A "Visionary" runs Validate plays differently than an "Operator." Cameron knows the difference.
Test gates that actually gate
You can't skip from Compass to Build. The Op Score gate, the Spec gate, the Monetization gate — Brain enforces order. Builders skip steps; Waymaker doesn't let you.
Every play writes to your Brain
Decisions, scorecards, missions — when you finish a play, the artifact lands in Brain. Every future play reads from it. Nothing rots in a doc you can't find.
Always one obvious next step
Open the gameplan and the next play is highlighted. No "what should I do today?" paralysis. Cameron picks based on stage, DNA, and the signals in your Brain.
Builders fail because they skip validation. Waymaker doesn't let you.
Most "build something" tools ship a prompt and an editor. Result: 80% of users sprint into Build before they've scored the opportunity, named the customer, or decided how to charge.
Waymaker gates the path. The Op Score is required before Specs. Specs are required before Build. Monetization Paths are required before Ship. The gate is in your Brain, not a config file — so you can't talk Cameron out of it.
